What we collect

This site collects personal data in one place only: the contact form. When you submit it, we receive the details you type into it.

• Full name and email address, both required
• Company name and phone number, both optional
• The service you selected and the project description you wrote

We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics on this site, and we do not set cookies for marketing purposes.

How it reaches us

Contact form submissions are delivered to our inbox through EmailJS, a third-party email delivery service. Your submission passes through their systems in transit and is subject to their handling practices in addition to ours.

Why we use it

We use what you send solely to respond to your enquiry and to discuss the work you are asking about. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to anyone outside IdeaWaves for unrelated purposes.

How long we keep it

Enquiries stay in our email records so we can maintain continuity on active and returning projects. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.

Your choices

Write to ideawaves.support@gmail.com to request a copy of what we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask us to erase it. We will confirm once the request is done.
